The season starts tomorrow. It will be fox and wolf sets first and the other stuff after that.
I've got a black wolf roaming the line. It's supposedly a big 'un according to the moose hunters that saw it (isn't that always the case ?!). I wouldn't mind hand cuffing that particular one.
Off to pack the truck. Good safe season to all.

Gota wait till Nov 1, good luck on your line. DOR martin here are not primed up, quite wolly and short naped. No two years are the same with martin.

I'm guessing you don't have to head out at 12:01 a.m. to beat the competition?
I know a few guys who will be at a beaver set, headlamp on and trap in hand at 12:01 tomorrow. I think they enjoy the competitive game amongst themselves.

Registered line. No competition allowed!
I've been getting up early since duck season started. Tomorrow i'm sleeping in until 5 or so. Moose season is still open until Sunday so I have to be a little careful. I'll be staying close to the truck and road trapping.
The headlight will be on enough when i'm checking next week before work.
