I'm suprised nobody mentions how much type of dirt matters. For instance, fine dirt takes alot more wax than say sifted anthill gravel. I went 1/3 pound per gallon with the sifted anthill and seemed to get good coverage. Sifted anthill gravel will rarely freeze for me even without wax.

Gunny.. Come fur season, i'm doing good to get here near the entrance to the fur shed, let along inside to skin or scrape.. ha ha.. She sez it stinks... I'll never understand women.. lol.. Trevor will get right in there w/ me.. ;D

Finally, waxed dirt today. My neighbor and I did 34, 5 gal pails of waxed dirt. First time using the cement mixer method. I liked it. All done in one day.
