I had to pull all my B and Es off this one trout stream or I would have wiped out the brown trout fishery. The 160 muddler wet fly was very deadly, I had a 5 pounder this morning.

If you were using something on your trigger then DONT you dont need to. Your making it more complicated than it needs to be.

He's using some 160's in places he should be using 110's. I hope he has enough otter tags,.......... this was all part of the class he missed.

Our mink and rats are so big down where I'm at I need to use the bigger traps.LOL In fact I have found that the bigger traps will handle more debris and still stay operational while the smaller 110s will be plugged full or set off. But the main reason Is I have lots of 160s. But I will be honest the other spring gets In the way so some locations can't be used. Next month I'll get serious and put out some more BE sets. But right know I'm full swing In the coon market, not the fur but the meat.
No pictures, they could be used as evidence LOL

I'm gonna hit it here as soon as the army of orange is over. The leaves should all be frozen down with wet conditions and more than likely some snow to hold them in place. The big prime males will show up about that time, and for the largest part I'll have things to myself. ;D
