This past season, even in October, I couldnt catch a coyote with a quiet lure. It had to have skunk in it. The year before it was the opposite. Who knows?

T'man: "THATS why I hate snow..... LOL"
Haha! Yeh but consider it an educational opportunity. When you know what you are missing and other's dont, it gives you a chance to improve your catch while those without snow never know how many they are missing. Consider snow as "intel" and a weapon crucial to the operation at hand.
Good post Bob Jameson!
I agree with Aaron!
Along those lines there is absolutely certain lures with certain presentations at certain times of the year that will create a rolling response. When you have rolling, you need to either change lures, reduce the amount, or change your presentation.

Skunk fat doesn't freeze in cold temperatures. That 's why I use more in the Winter.
