Better use even bigger traps to over-compensate, eh?
Weather this AM: State of Emergency....3 ft of snow yesterday.
Has snowed everyday in January....snow is now waste deep in the backyard. Even snares, I think, would be out of commission.
On our way to breaking the all-time snow record.....already over 150 inches for the winter, and we have 2 months to go!
But, yes, I think my catch is down for more than just weather problems......
I am moving to MT, on MN!

you could star in the next "silverado" commercial, big dually, duramax, 1000ft. lbs o' torque........lol, creeping through the washes, dogs up on edge awaiting the next check.........bed full o' frozen howlers......nice pale bellys, unlimited checks, snares, on-star, marshall tucker kickin' on the cd player........"took my family way from my cazenovia home, heard dreams about the west and started to roam"...............dogs in them hills and its waitin' for me there......... zz

Any that get tired of all the laws, all the people- come to southern MN. You could set all the Coyote traps you want, and never see another trapper. Some of the worlds best trout streams, turkey hunting, deer hunting, grouse, rabbit, squirrel, ducks- all within 15 minutes from my front door. Plus generous seasons on coon, fox, yotes, ..well, everthing.

Everything?? And I notice that it is -11 there this AM, I moved from NH to escape that crap, it's about 15F here now and that is too dang cold....any good trapping in Jamaica?? LOL
