Well Blues tied it up and Tarasenko had a hat trick! Good day for St Louis Cards win and blues win! I hear downtown St Louis was rocking today with both games going at the same time. When the Blues would score the crowd at the Ball game would go crazy!
Ball Park village packed with people as they where showing both games on the TV's on the wall! St Louis has great sports fans no doubt about it.
Will be interesting if Blues can take 1 game in Minnie they come back with home ice advantage! The Redbirds starting out strong as well and drawing well over 40,000 per baseball game once again.

both good games- yes, tonight will be a biggie
Twins settling down- 2 out of 3 form KC, 2 out of 3 with Indians- this 3 game series tonight in KC will tell a lot about both clubs

Blues looked like they where sleeping the first 2 periods had no answer for the wild half of the 3 rd they looked like the team they can be that is it. if they get bounced again first round big changes comming to the blues, betting new coach and 3-4 players traded before next season. They will need to shake things up and become a better playoff team. they are great during reg season just playoffs get them each year it seems.
Still have a chance but the next game is a must win for them down 3-1 not good.
Twins not so well. Running into a hot KC team.

Blues dominated Last nights game like the wild did in game 3. Tarasenko has 5 goals so far in this match up he scores and the b,uses seem to win much of the time.
Back to St. Louis with confidence and the home crowd. cards also beat the nats 7-5 like to see the run total get past 3, Lacky though not to impressive nothing like his Red Sox days.

Very easily could. Blues keep playing a hard checking game and the wild do not have the size to match that, they have to stay focused the blues and hit the person with the puck each time they touch it, that opens up time and space for the blues.
They need to get Tarasenko resgined to a long term deal that kid is something else. Schwartz is my favorite blue though.
Cards win again and against scherzer which is good!

Wild are handling the "bullingly" tactics quite well- speed and finesse is the Wilds game. Be nice to win the series on home ice..well, nice for Minnesota.

That is the problem the blues where soft in the games they lost gave too much time and space to the wild players the games they won their fore check was good. I am betting some changes to be made during the off season for the blues best team in the central once again first round exit just a few pat off the best in the west and they get bounced.
it is like they try and change their game from reg season to playoffs? Hard to understand them third year in a row they get bounced early we used to blame it on the Kings not this year LOL. Hitchcock could be gone or a few players will get traded and shake the makeup of this team once again.
The cardinals take a series in milwaukee but loose their ace pitcher Wainright for the season with a torn Achilles tendon it seems? They will have to find a pitcher or hope the kids down in AAA can come up and fill in. Gonzales could be an option if his injury is short term otherwise they will be looking for another starter for the rotation. Ĺštill have the 2nd best record in baseball though.

have to say, the Wild dominated yesterday- blackhawks are our nemesis- but I think the way we are playing this year could be different
Twins did ok on the road trip 3-3- fun watching things get sorted out!

I have been a Black Hawk fan since my college days, so I am hoping they can play well for the next round as well. I did watch about half of the Wild-/Blues games and it just seemed that when the physical game did not intimidate the speed game the Blues just lost a step or two and just got out played for many minutes and periods. Wild played energetic hockey. We will see how much energy they have left for the next round. Hawks have a good backup in Darling, so they can use hot goalies when and as needed. That should make them more competitive during the playoffs.

Black Hawks have a good team and Jane getting healthy at the right time, yet they also have some very intersting contracts with their core player group many will be paid millions even after they are done playing on the ice for the Blackhawks. They will be bench riders for millions.
Still along at to go though and the east looks good as well this year.
Who has the best record in baseball? yep the St. Louis Cardinals go Redbirds!!!!!!!!!!!!,

Go Hawks! Brewers changed managers after a horrific start to the season. They have talent but are playing poor baseball. Rangers have their hands full with the Capitals. St. Louis lost their ace but keep on winning and with ease it seems. Their team is hitting extremely well and that helps out a thinner starting staff.

The wild are done Tman good ride while it lasted, the cardinals are off the their franchise best start in history and Matt Carpenter is just as solid a hitter one wil find in baseball. The bull pen is doing a great job and Mark Reynolds is showing why the cards picked him up.
I know the Brewers have talent and the reactionary firing of the manager but the replacement manager? I really doubt much change will take place as far as play goes. Like Joe madden with the Cubs that just doesn't seem to be the best fit for young players. Time will tell.mHing the cardinals will run away with the central but I relise they will have a period of time where things won't go somehwere.m
What makes the cards so good is the front office and the attitude next man up has to perform, they never give an at bat away and will fight until the last out each game.

Not easy to find qualified managers 40 games into a season. With that said I believe Craig is a good fit for the Brewers. He has 35 years of familiarity with the Brewers and has always been known as a hard working player with quiet leadership and motivational skills. Finding a lineup that can hit consistently will be a work in progress and there needs to be some real work done with the starters who typically are pitching 3-4 OK innings but are giving up way too many extra base hits in the middle innings. They could play well from here on out and still be an average team win wise this year.
