I pulled up to one of my traditional coyote set locations. There was a very dead possum laying about 8 feet from where I usually make my sets. A bit of skin, the skull, a shriveled up tail - that's about it. So what would you do? Four choices that I can see. #1) Nothing, just leave it alone. #2) Figure out someway to incorporate it into the set. #3) Pick it up and pitch it into the weeds somewhere. #4) Make the set and then squirt it with a bit of fox or coyote urine.
(I did #4. Figured it probably wouldn't hurt anything.)

I don't think it would matter what you did- as long as it was nothing lol but as you said, it didn't hurt anything
