There is a pic in the July issue of a man by the name of Raymond forester with a large amount of muskrats caught with floating cage traps says he's from tule lake California , does anyone have anymore info on this man and his methods ?

I talked to him on the phone yesterday. He uses a homemade cage trap on a float, no secrets there. He did say the key was his lure which at this time he is not willing to share. Was fun to talk to but I learned very little.
