www.pullpal.com/aboutPP.htmlAnybody have any experience with the pull pal or equivalent? Doesn't look like it would be that hard to make. Most of our trapping is done in the open so if we get stuck, nothing to hook the winch or come-along to. This would solve the problem.

Musher got a better idea or tool less expensive? I would love to see it as This looks like what I need...L.O.L. Price don't mean much if you stuck and have to calla tow truck or worse to get out.

Same principal as a big boat anchor or garden plow, may need to change the pitch/angle a little bit. Like those little shovel plows, folks use to flip taters out of the ground. Or you could build one out of heavy channel iron, could even bolt it together, so it'd fold up for storage.

My idea is rope, chain, cable ... all in length! There is usually a tree around here that you can attach to.
My winch transfers from the front to the back of the truck fairly easily. That is a very handy option.
