Deer camp is still on. The bros and nephews bagged 8 over the weekend - I got cold toes. Young Daniel (the possum eater) is still here so I started a special lunch for him today. I'm picturing (since this is my first time making it) pulled pork barbeque - though I'm substituting raccoon meat. Can't be all that bad with Lawry's Salt as seasoning and Sweet Baby Ray's sauce.

secret with coon is to get all the fat off before cooking

Remove as much fat by hand then par boil the meat pour off the grease and then slow cook It like barbecue.
