Had some time to tinker in the garage this summer/early fall and came up with an easy to set up, easy to take down and store, drying rack for my wet critters off the river trapline. Pull the boat up near the garage, and toss the catch into a 55-gallon plastic tub on top a platform with castors. Pull that up to the garage, open door, pull in and shut garage door. Hang 'em up and shop vac 'em. Speeds drying time. The problem has been . . . what happens when I've got too many to hang? Here's the solution . . . 4" x 4"s with 1/2" rerod on top to hang critters from. The large garage door opens and tracks just above the rerod. Three units, each consisting of two vertical 6' 4"x4"s with a horizontal 10' 4"x4" on top. These are held together with 2"x4"s and some odd small pieces I had laying around. The structure measures 10 foot by 10 foot and has maybe a dozen 1/2" 10' rerods laying across the top. Got fans on three sides. They're good to go the next day for skinning. The assembly will come apart end of December so Susan can get her Prius back in the garage. Works for me.

Hey....Rally now you where to use those 200 1/2 inch closed loops that you got in Wisc...hanging coon cuffs. If the fans are blowing from the top would it not be faster?
