It's been awhile since I readjusted coyote traps. Do folks like 2 lbs, 3 lbs, or more? If you like less please explain why. I'm using Victor 1.75s and softcatch #3s. This will be summer coyote trapping for research and I don't want to pick up fox or bobcats.

3-3.5lbs is what I run on my coyote traps. Bobcats could be a problem specially bigger cats but I would go with 3- 3.5lbs.

thirsty- I'm going to pm you about those 1.75s- I used to use them almost 100%, still some- got a few tricks I'll share with you
