In a debate with a buddy this morning about MN and the use of colony traps - hunted high and low in the regs and can't find anything in there on them. Are they legal now and if so when did that change?

it wasn't that many years ago that they were illegal- not illegal per se, but illegal in that traps capable of catching multiple animals, was illegal, and thats what it stated in the regulations.
Don't think the regulations say antything- just leaving out the restriction of "multiple catches" made them legal.
growing up, never used them, because we could not.

About 95 96 it was changed I might be off but I'd say no later than 99.
