Nice pics Steve. I'll be setting out next week. Got another show yet this coming weekend. Lake Home & Cabin Show $$$ . . . Steve, remember that "secret" set I was talking about and included in the demo last fall at WTA rondy? Well, I'm going to do a little pictorial essay on the evolution of that set, and where I am today with it. I do believe you're going to enjoy it. Figure by Wednesday of next week I'll have enough of these sets out to at least give you a somewhat fair idea of their "deadliness" on mink and 'rats. They will stay soaking until the closure in early March. Stay tuned! Looking forward to it.

pulled my line yesterday- no more beaver action, a rat in set #10- so my little line gave me 6 rats and 1 beaver-
farmer saw some gophers digging the other day- way too early to trap, but indicates no much frost

I am setting some late season coon cages at a maple syrup setup as they chew the lines. Not many trails and little experience with the 25 acres of woods but got a coon today. A female with decent color and hide. Think the males will be going hard during the warm up we are going to have. Last night coming home from a BB game a big yellow bus male ran down the road in front of me for about 100 yards. I just did not want to hit him with our car. Really could see the yellow, brownish color on that big boy.

Time got away from me in late February/early March and I never got 'em in. I'll have some time this week to take pics of what I had versus what I've got today. It's worth sharing.
