A federal judge has ordered Hillary to provide written testimony on her server issue, along with her top retired aide ,who was being blocked from such by his attorney but with this new development he has no choice but to give his testimony in person and under oath.That will be due prior to the election. Clinton could hold off until after the election, but still does not clear her yet.
My advice to Hillary better come clean as a whistle as anything you write will be looked at with some keen eyes for a difference In stories told earlier and what she will have to write down now by a federal judge order. This written testimony will be under oath!
This could get interesting ? The aid will have to show in person to give his testimony under oath By October 31st. Agin he best pick the truth if found to be conflicting could be in big trouble.

I guess it's just one of those things, us working folks, one of these days we'll just need to come to terms, and realize that we're not a Clinton!
Seems like a Clinton can fall face first in the pig pen, and come out smelling like a rose. With another Million or 2 in the bank to boot!
I mean, just because Hillary perjured herself, what?, 3 or 4 or 5 times, what's it matter?
I will tell you this, if you commit perjury in our local Circuit Court, you're going to jail. No questions asked!

I'm not a supporter of Clinton's, I just don't think voting decisions should be based on BS. If she perjured herself, then fine, let's put her on trial. But I get tired of Republicans' claiming this and that about her, without a shred of proof.
Prove up on your accusations, or quit making them.
So far as I can tell, as an independent who leans leftward on some issues and rightward on others, the controversies about Trump are at least based on actual things the man himself has said or done, with no dispute that he did or said them.
Personally, I'm supporting Libertarian Gary Johnson this election. I'm not 100 percent decided, but I would rather slice open my belly and spill my guts onto the floor than vote for Donald Trump. He's a dangerous demagogue, and a phony on the Second Amendment, I'm convinced.

tell you what- except I wouldn't waste the money like the GOP does- after the dems take the senate, I'd conduct endless investigations and witch hunts for every GOP that even had a hint of innuendo against him

I can well believe she's told lies, and to the public, but all politicians do that, and it's vastly different from perjury.

Much harder to prosecute under oath in a congressional testimony than that of lying to a judge or jury in a court of law. That is what I have found on that subject. Again this will not be testimony to congress but to a judge who,is seeking under oath written testimony. Same for her aid, who has been reluctant to give any information arson away. He will be under oath in person.
We all know she lied to millions of Americans and to congressional hearing meme beds, that has been proven when asked if all emails where looked at and she states YES all where by her attorneys , comy blew that lie out of the water.

Haven't heard a thing about their in-depth investigations from Trey Gowdy's committee yet. If they had anything I would assume they'd have come out with a report by now.

There is something to show for it, she has lied and lied about the email servers and her devices that has been proven without a doubt what so ever. Again her testimony and the FBI directors are out there for the world to see. She lied to millions of Americans and we shall see what her written testimony states, I am sure her attorneys will whip up something good though.
The point is this lady was not lying about did you eat the last candy bar on the shelf? She lied about top secret information and how that could be already into the hands of our enemies. Because she used multiple devices when she stated she had only one and that these other devices where not on secure servers but her own private devices outside that of the govts.
Again for anyone to state with a straight face that if any other federal employee A. Did what she did and B then lied about it like she has their would have been reprocussion for their actions that is simply the truth. They would also never get the kind of security clearance they once enjoyed if not fired as well.
The dangerous part is some people are willing to accept she lied and move on? Again this is about classified information and how she knew what she was doing was wrong and could put people into harms way.

Again crime is far different than lying agree or not? Secondly testifying to congress is different than sworn testimony in a court of law ran by a judge agree or not?
That is why the judge ordered such and now any lies can and should be held accountable agree or not?

The first thing that needs to be determined if they are indeed lies as you state they are or miscommunication or interpretation. How much difference there might be from what is written versus what has been said will be reviewed.
