You forgot to add "unarmed". That's what causes the problems.

And that is just cause for looting and burning the neighborhood you live in apparently. Watts, Detroit, now Ferguson; all the same. All it took in New Orleans was a storm for rioters to destroy where they live. So "unarmed" is not the crux of the problem but just one part of an endless chain of issues whose root cause appears to be ignorance. Sad, any way you look at it.

Probably not a good example of police work in a time of crisis though.  And the NOPD went around disarming the homeowners and business owners who stayed to protect their properties. Including the way law enforcement responded to it and exacerbated the situation, too many professionals pointing that out. |

Pam just because someone is unarmed does that make him or her a non threat? Again let's allow the facts to come out. If they where wrestling over the police men's firearm is he still considered unarmed and harmless?
remember the accounts of that day come from "Big Mikes" friend who has an active warrant for? yep you got it lying to Police in another case............
Again I will hold judgement until the facts come out.
