Have removed a bunch of male cats. Used castor, valerian, catnip trying to get one certain tom cat. No sucess. Other Toms were trapped incidently and then other toms got caught in same cage trap... cant use snares, bodygrips, footholds.... any ideas?

Are you covering the trap except for the entrance?
I've "heard" that will take spooky cats in backyards, esp if a little procoon is added. also try table scraps such as chicken bones, steak bones, etc....stuff many feral cats are used to scavenging for.

Find a female cat in heat. Get some juicy squeezins from her rear end and apply to sponge. Toss in plastic bag, then throw in freezer. Get a little cassette deck. Record sexy "meows" on a 2-hour tape. Get a large cage trap. Cover with blanket and make back end inaccessible. Just before dark, place sponge and cassette deck behind cage trap and press "play". Vacate the area.

Steve, Sue had a rondezvous tent instead of a cage!... Ol Muskrat met his match when the flap on the tent was shut!!! I think she might have tempted him to come into the tent with her famous zuchinni bread though and then it was other temptations!!!
