Do you cut an access hole in to take the rats out or do you shake them out of the funnel hole?

The door method is best for removal.Tin and sharp edges and waterloged hands and infections are best not meeting. Cut the door in the center 5=8 ", i had acess to those electrical inspection plates from hot water tanks and they work good. If you are reusing screen then have 1 inch overlap all the way around. Use those al. clips for hindges and at least 2 closers on the other end. A lot of rats hook up their front teeth and need a little help removing.
