Take what either of the above have said . Apply to some jute bag rag and work into the moldy area. Work it around, and look back in 2 days. Remember to dispose of the rag in a proper way since spontaneous combustion can set the linseed oil rag on fire after you put it down. Start looking for some insect activity, larder bettles or saddle-back beetles show up especially if the mould is blooming. Freezer time is in order then if not shipping soon.

You have a problem with humidity, either invest in a dehumidifer or find a dryer place to dry your fur. Jim

I use a dehumidifier It makes life so much easier.
I have In the past used a bleached soaked rag to wipe over some moldy spots.

Agree 100% with what Gibb said!
Would also suggest you monitor the humidity in the area you are storing your fur in. I try to maintain less than 40% (prefer 30%) humidity.

A good lesson here! Almost found out the hard way about this, Remodeled a room and oiled some of the wood. Layed the rag used to spread the oil on the can in the center of the room. Went back adfter lunch and the rag was burning. A lesson we'll always remember.
