EntrepreneurDuke:
If you read between the lines, there is a demand for this type of product.....
Make a jig, buy some fence staples, and start making these dudes up......we will buy them.
If you build them, we will come and get 'em....
Get jiggy with it.
Or, once again, somewhat reluctantly, I might trade for some O'Zagman High Rolling Cement Drags.....

This was Bob Custers creation, but I beleave it is in the Trapperman book by another author. I made my own bender, but Bob was selling them last year at the conventions. Scrapper I made Bob show me how to bend nails over and over again. His hands were pretty sore by the end of the weekend. I should buy one of them off of him. Those 20 penny nails are TOUGH and you can get a 5 lb box for what, 5 bucks?

LOL Clefus I hope he brings a few again this year. I think if he does, he'll bring a better pair of bolt cutters. Those nails cut hard.
Stupid question.....He was using a coated nail, can those be welded? Or do you have to get the uncoated?

I imagine they could but it might not be as nice a job as the uncoated....... Common nails generally have no coating and thats what I get...I'll have to try weldin one of the coated ones.... Cleaner material seems to make nicer welds..
