You know Bob I've read a lot of your posts and out of all the 100's that has got to be the most profound thing that has ever come out of your mouth......greg

one thing I`ve learned is we are all geniuses, but in different areas. I know some bonafide idiots that taught me some valuable stuff. like the guy driving by the insanesylum and the last nut falls off a tire and it comes off. there he sits with the car down on the axle, tire laying there and no nuts to put back on, scratching his head. one of the insanesylum inmates hanging over the guard wall says why don`t you take one nut off each of the other three tires and use them to get that tire on till you can get to the auto parts store. guy says not bad for a crazy guy. the crazy guy says I`m just crazy, not stupid, there is a difference you know.

My cousin was working in a group home in Anchorage. One of the residents loved coffee, but kept leaving the burner on, so the staff took away his coffee maker and turned the stove off in his kitchenette.
One day the guy comes down from his room drinking a cup of coffee. They say where’d that come from. He say’s I made it in my room with the dishwasher. ? ? ? ?
Staff goes upstairs, and the guys been putting coffee in where the dishsoap goes…..stops the machine before the drain cycle and scoops it out of the bottom of the washer. ;D

I've propped em up.
Nailed them to a tree facing down two feet off the ground.
Tried most everythig I can think of.
What I want to know is guys that say they have good luck in them using them in snow. You know when you see every track that comes by.
What are the percentages.
I dont know what mine are but they are unacceptable.
I have built elaborate cubbies out of 2 inch wire mesh so the cat can walk right through.
And then I have seen a big tom walk right in and bam. Dead.

Learning is why I trap.
Catches are just a way to find out whether we are doing things right or not.
I always listen for new tricks, and yes, I too have learnt a bunch from local yahoos who catch little fur but do so very well.
